Very big thanks to reception people, Anne about help/service! Road was closed and she guide us to Geiranger via ferries and tunnels! View from room to fjord Geiranger is very very nice. Hotel is old, but everything is all right and i would say, worth of money!
The fact that we had a balcony overlooking the port and fiord and its central location.
View. In the morning you open your window and see huge cruise ship in the fjord.... Great!
Need to be renovated a little.
Great location; The best of any hotel in Geiranger Good buffet breakfast and dinner
it located at the water and the services exllent thanks ....
No activities for children. Not impressed by breakfast- buffet. No gluten-free alternatives. Free internet on 5th and 7th floor did not work. Travelling with 2 cildren age 7 and 9, a three bed room was the only option available, which made this an expencive stay. Wolud not recomend the hotel if traveling with children.
Quick and efficient and solved problems without questions
Geiranger is a beautiful place that really shows off what Norway has to offer: The beautiful nature. The hotel is located close to the sea and within walking distance to the "city center".
The hotel is a bit old and it shows.
Fantastic view on Geirangerfjord!!!!!!
the dinner was fantastic, but you can´t say that about the breakfast though...and the lift was very OK
the old fashion TV,the bath needs renewal and there was not AC contact-strange nowadays, isn´t it?Wi-Fi did not work in the room-poor transmitter.
The location was excellent with great views of the Geiranger fjord from our room. Comfortable room.
Our room had a wonderful view to the geiranger fjord. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good and the room was comfortable.
Free WiFi was available only in public areas.
Location. It was very close to the Fiord and had nice views to it. The breakfast and the dinning room were very good.
I had a problem to change my reservation in order to cancel the last night. I asked the receptionist one day before and told me they could not do it, that I had to do it by internet to Booked.net which I did. Booked.net replied saying they could not communicate with the Hotel. At the end I had to pay a hotel day I did not use.
nice location near fjord and ferry, ideal for one-night stay for those who travel around the country
expensive like everything in norway
I thought the view from our room was amazing. We had a balcony overlooking the fjord and the wall toward the fjords was all windows.
It would be nice to have internet in the room, I had to go down to the lobby
